Our story

A far-infrared Hot Studio! Wanting something different. WHITFIT NYC was born from the idea that fitness should be varied, fun, balancing, and accessible to all. We can’t wait to see you in the studio!

what we offer

WHITFIT NYC in STUDIO CLASSES

HOT SCULPT

A barre, Pilates fusion style class. Using hand weights always and sometimes other props. Low impact, zero high cardio but because we are exhausting muscles the heart rate goes up! A great workout to tone and strengten without spiking cortisol levels. The room is heated to 85-90 degrees.

SCULPT AND STRETCH

Our signature 45-minute sculpt class with 10 minutes of delicious functional mobility stretching at the end!

HOT PILATES

WHITFIT NYC Hot Pilates is not your typical Mat Pilates class. Our version is low impact HIIT using Pilates principles for a full body workout focusing on breath and core. Looking to achieve the afterburn (EPOC) that will have your body burning hours after the workout is over! Room 85-95 degrees.

KETTLEBELL HIIT

Our HIIT Class using Kettlebells. We believe in using lighter kettlebells with more repetitions to create burn and strength. Room 75-80 degrees.

INFRARED REFORMER FUSION

Machine & Mat Pilates had a baby. Lightly heated to 75 degrees, just to get the benefits of infrared while maintaining safety. *Grip Socks are must.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Flow, using breath to movement. Each class and teacher is different with their style. Heated and non options.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Antidote to stress. Training with creator, Juditih Lasater our version is very much in line with her teachings. Using Props and blankets to facilitate relaxation of the body and mind. Non Heated.
